Every giggle, yawn, or cry tells a story we want to capture.

Family photos — or even just photos with your baby or toddler — don’t always have to be perfectly posed like a butter commercial. Moments of eye contact, crying, laughing, yawning, cuddles, tantrums — all of it is part of what you experienced and what deserves to be captured.
Here are 3 tips for a kids’ photoshoot at a studio in Charlotte, NC:
If your child isn’t feeling up for the photos, that’s completely fine. We’ll still capture real moments — the genuine, everyday side of life, not something staged or polished.
If your little one doesn’t want to sit still, is having a fussy day, or just woke up for the photo session, that’s completely fine. We don’t need to reschedule — we’ll always find the best way to capture real, beautiful moments, full of emotion.
Don’t worry — we’ll get plenty of laughs from your little one one way or another. You’ll have joyful, happy photos in your gallery.
Every photo session with kids is truly a challenge because children are unpredictable. Come to the studio with the mindset that things might get a little out of control — and that’s TOTALLY okay! Don’t feel frustrated or think it was a bad idea.
For some parents, the session might feel a bit more tiring; for others, it can be more relaxed. But every parent, every child, and every experience is different — and unpredictability is part of the magic.
That’s why with me, your photo session is personalized and full of heart.
